While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, hosting, and analytics.
• Cashfree Payments: Payment processing for online fee collection. Cashfree's own privacy policy governs payment data handling.
• WhatsApp Business API: Sending fee reminders, attendance notifications, and other transactional messages to parents and students.
• Analytics providers: To understand usage patterns and improve our services.

These services have their own privacy policies, and we recommend reviewing them. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

If student data includes information about minors, the institute owner is responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from parents or guardians.

11. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your data within 30 days unless retention is required for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes.
